Evie is an operating system for nightlife teams that provides tools for:

• Promoter recruitment, onboarding, and profile management
• Social media campaign management and tracking
• Guest list and discount code management
• Event allocation and quota management
• Team communication and notifications
• Performance tracking and leaderboards

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Payment Terms

If you purchase a subscription or other paid features:

• Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe)
• All fees are in the currency specified at the time of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice

8. Promoter Network and Events

When using Evie to manage events and promoters:

• You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for events
• You must ensure all guest list entries and information are accurate
• We are not responsible for the conduct of promoters, venues, or event attendees
• We do not guarantee attendance numbers or event outcomes
• You are responsible for verifying age requirements and other event restrictions

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features in the Service.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Vex Collective Trading AS Evie and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
